Junior Accounting and Finance Manager Full Time NEW

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to assume the position of Accounting and Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Company’s accounting and financial operations in compliance with applicable laws, financial reporting standards, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage full-cycle accounting functions (AR, AP, GL) to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Taxation & Compliance:

• Ensure timely submission of corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other statutory tax filings
• Oversee payroll tax calculations and submission of employee income tax
• Supervise the preparation and submission of Social Security Fund contributions
• Ensure full compliance with tax laws and government regulations

Finance Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow planning and liquidity control
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making
• Monitor cost control and financial risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation
• Proven experience in year-end closing and audit coordination
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Good command of written and reading English
