Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of tasty food items with attention to quality and presentation, following safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kiosk area, including food handling and ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Manage POS systems.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices throughout each shift
• Support team members in food preparation, serving customers promptly in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment

Skills

• Experience in food preparation and food service environments such as cafés, restaurants, or grocery stores
• Proficiency with POS systems including Square.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items effectively
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Previous experience in cashiering, serving, or working in the food industry is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues
