We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. Duties

• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and station requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food output.
• Rotate inventory as necessary.
• Ensure station is clean, organized and prepped for service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.

Skills

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and meal preparation processes.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices within the food service industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Excellent knife skills for efficient food preparation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
