Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, versatile individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Warehouse Support Representative. This role combines customer-focused inside sales responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with customers over the phone and ensuring smooth, accurate handling of inventory and order fulfillment on-site. Salary plus commission!
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products or services to meet their needs.
- Maintain product and pricing knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or billing.
Warehouse Support
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, order entry, Microsoft Office).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
