What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing hands-on proficiency with enterprise-level HRIS software and systems thinking.
- Assisting with the organization, classification, and maintenance of sensitive employee data.
- Supporting workforce data analysis regarding attrition, headcount, and tenure trends.
- Contributing to the development of HR dashboards and data visualization reports for leadership.
- Assisting with HR compliance-related tasks and documentation audits.
What We’re Looking For
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and database management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to provide a written recommendation from an employer or professor.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
