Now Hiring: Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Tyler, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are a thriving and innovative clinic dedicated to health optimization, wellness, and comprehensive primary care. We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team and care for patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics.
In this role, you will provide both scheduled primary care visits and walk-in urgent care services. You’ll have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where whole-person care is the standard.

What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas
- Experience and confidence in managing patients of all ages
- Strong assessment skills for urgent and primary care needs

Pay: $115,491.00 – $122,014.00 per year
