What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Scan invoices into the Accounts Payable system for verification, approvals, and coding
• Gather necessary approvals for invoices and follow up with approvers as needed
• Code construction invoices, ensuring accuracy with account codes, vendor codes, and due dates
• Track costs associated with property damage claims at various locations
• Prepare checks for mailing and ensure proper distribution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for maintaining spreadsheets
• Ability to reconcile vendor statements
• Experience in an administrative or accounts payable role

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable systems
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting-related position
• Knowledge of construction invoicing processes
• Experience in a customer service role to effectively communicate with stakeholders
