Luxury Housekeeper – Full-Time | Aspen, CO

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Luxury Housekeeper to join a private residence in Aspen, Colorado. This is a full-time, year-round position for a professional who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and care in a luxury home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed daily housekeeping, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all living spaces
• Care for high-end finishes, furnishings, fine materials, and delicate surfaces
• Maintain organization of closets, wardrobes, and storage areas
• Laundry and linen care, including washing, ironing, steaming, and proper garment handling
• Make beds and refresh rooms to a five-star hospitality standard
• Monitor and restock household supplies and cleaning products
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and special projects
• Work collaboratively with other household staff and vendors as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury homes, estates, or high-end hospitality required
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Knowledge of proper care for fine materials and specialty surfaces
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties
• Reliable transportation

Schedule

• Full-time, typically 40 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Compensation

• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
