Role Description
This is a full-time /part-time role for a Home Health Account Manager at Tender Touch Health Care Services VA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating care services, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is based in Fairfax, VA, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Home Health Services and Regulations
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Coordinate Care Services Effectively
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Certification in Healthcare Management is a plus
