🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist users with password resets, account access, and system configurations

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary

✅ Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
