We’re seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to help plan, execute, and track projects across teams. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
• Support resource allocation, documentation, and project reporting
• Identify process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and execution

✅ Requirements

• Junior / Associate Level (0–3+ years experience)
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
