Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Help Desk Analyst role. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to users, addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring desktop computer functionality. The Analyst will also assist in resolving issues related to customer support and help desk operations.
