In this role you will be based out of Jackson, MN location and you will as a Hatchery General Labor crew member for Hy-Line North America, LLC. In many specialized positions you must have good hand-eye-coordination. You will need to be able to stand 8-10 hours each day (breaks are given) and have dexterous use of both hands. In this critical role, you will work with diverse and multi-nation Hy-Line team members focused on Hy-Line’s vision and values.

We are seeking candidates with or without experience in hatchery or processing fields. Candidates must be reliable and team focused. We strongly prefer candidates understand what needs to be done as much as getting it done. Candidates with a proactive “doer” mindset will be given preference. We value growth potential and fit as much as formal experience and education. Prospective employees cannot own or have any regular contact with poultry or waterfowl.
