Full Job Description
Our growing Management Company is seeking a full time Groundskeepers. Responsibilities will include maintaining curb appeal, cleaning common area amenities and hallways, paint touch ups. Will use pressure washer, commercial vacuum and blower. Will perform building maintenance including cleaning and preventative tasks.
LOCATION
Slippery Rock, PA
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for picking up trash, debris and pet waste on the property throughout the day to maintain an immaculate curb appeal.
- Removal of trash from new vacated units as requested by Service Team.
- Policing pet areas to make sure that pet stations are stocked and that any pet waste not picked up by residents is properly disposed of.
- Making sure amenity areas are neat and orderly (for example pool furniture, fitness area weights, etc.)
- Keeping signage painted, straight and in good repair.
- Ensuring that trash disposal areas are clean and any odor issues are addressed.
- Keeping recyclable areas organized and clean.
- Notifying the Service Manager of any need for bulk pick-ups needed.
- Delivering notices to apartments as needed.
- Touching up common area walls and baseboards with paint as needed.
- Ensuring that front kick plates are polished as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Successfully pass a drug test
- Valid Driver’s License
