TruGreen is hiring Residential Lawn Care Technicians and spring routes are filling fast!

Average first-year associates earn $50,000–$60,000 with performance-based pay, including hourly wages, overtime, and performance bonuses!

You’ll also have the opportunity to earn commission right on your route by recommending services to customers.

What You’ll Earn

• $50,000–$60,000 average first-year income
• Hourly pay starting at $20.00/hr (Higher starting pay for licensed candidates)

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional services
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 19 years of age (company vehicle requirement)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check
• Ability to become DOT certified
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
