Role Description The General Business Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring financial and operational performance targets are met. This role includes managing budgets, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing reports for leadership. The General Business Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, refine internal processes, and support vendor and partner relationships. The position involves analyzing business data, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending actions that improve efficiency and profitability. The role also includes contributing to policy development, supporting compliance with applicable regulations, and guiding junior team members or support staff as needed.
