CTG is seeking a Fullstack Application Developer with strong ReactJS and NodeJS expertise to support our client’s application development initiatives. This role is ideal for a developer experienced in building scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and modern user interfaces within Agile environments.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain fullstack web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS
Design responsive front-end interfaces and scalable backend APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and cloud-based services
Ensure application quality, security, and maintainability
Required Skills:
Strong experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services using Express.js
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies including Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and related quality standards
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficiency with Excel, Minitab, or similar data analysis tools
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases preferred
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Qualifications:
3+ years of fullstack development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Equivalent experience will also be considered
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
