Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Memphis TN area, for a Human Resources Specialist. The specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employment policies, benefits, and compliance. Responsibilities include assisting with employee relations, implementing HR initiatives, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, providing guidance on HR best practices, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR)
• Thorough understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR-related software and tools is a plus
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
