Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Memphis TN area, for a Human Resources Specialist. The specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employment policies, benefits, and compliance. Responsibilities include assisting with employee relations, implementing HR initiatives, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, providing guidance on HR best practices, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulations.
