We’re seeking an experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join us on a commission-only basis. This role is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.

Responsibilities:

• ***Bring in new business. Must be willing to make cold calls.
• Develop and manage client relationships; identify new business opportunities
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Manage the hiring process from intake to offer and placement
• Negotiate fees, offers, and close deals independently
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, full desk agency recruiting, talent acquisition.
• Strong relationship building and talent acquisition skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own desk
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
