Built primarily for attorneys, paralegals, insurance teams, record retrieval companies, and other professionals, the directory reduces time spent tracking down the right contact information. By prioritizing accuracy, clarity, and a smooth request workflow, Acute Health Directory helps ensure that records requests reach the right destination faster and with fewer errors.

Role Description This is a freelance part-time, remote Research Analyst role. The Research Analyst will identify, verify, and update contact information for medical facilities across various regions and healthcare networks. Each day, this role gathers data from online and offline sources, cross-checks details for accuracy, and maintains organized records in internal databases and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Statistics skills to interpret data, validate accuracy, and identify trends or gaps in directory coverage.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Research to source, verify, and maintain comprehensive contact information for medical facilities.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and online research tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience with the medical records retrieval process is highly desirable. Backgrounds in healthcare, legal support services, or insurance are also a strong plus.

Note: Please note that this is a 1099 freelance role. Earnings are task-based and depend solely on the number of tasks completed and approved.
