Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position for a Fractional Chief Growth Officer based in Greater Philadelphia. The Fractional CGO will spearhead revenue growth strategies, design go-to-market frameworks, manage sales teams, and enhance marketing efforts to drive commercial success. Daily tasks will include overseeing sales and marketing teams, implementing effective sales management protocols, devising digital marketing strategies, and fostering strategic partnerships to scale business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management
• Experience with Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Proven ability to align and execute commercial strategies for revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Background in healthcare services or technology is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in building scalable commercial infrastructure and partnerships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
