What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Bridge the gap between clinical/operational healthcare needs and technical solutions
- Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels and conduct stakeholder meetings

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe)
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in healthcare IT environments
- Proven experience with health insurance operations, claims processing, or healthcare revenue cycle
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure, systems integration, and data management
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)
- Knowledge of database management, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present to executive leadership
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, changing environments
