Physical AI is leaving the lab. We are turning it into media.
By 2030, hundreds of thousands of autonomous robots and embodied AI systems will move through hotels, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and logistics. Every one of them is a sensing, moving, programmable surface in the real world.
Titano owns the infrastructure layer that monetizes them. We are building a new category Physical AI Media and the speed at which we win depends on one function more than any other: making this category buyable, measurable, and attributable through the rails the world’s media budgets already run on.
We are hiring the person who will build and own that commercial ecosystem and its results.
The mandate
Build and govern the global partnerships that make Physical AI Media transactable programmatic platforms, measurement and attribution, data and identity, and the software ecosystem that runs autonomous machines. Make TitanoOS the default media and monetization layer.
You will not manage partnerships. You will build the rails a category gets bought and proven on.
Who we want
— 8+ years in platform BD, strategic alliances, or ecosystem partnerships ad-tech, programmatic, DOOH, measurement, or data infrastructure
— Proven record closing multi million dollar deals with platforms, not logos
— You have personally moved a category through the programmatic and measurement stack
— Native instinct for negotiating with platform leads, engineering heads, and commercial teams in the same week
— Operator’s posture. Zero tolerance for theater, MoU collectors, or PowerPoint partnerships
Who we don’t want
— Account managers re labeling themselves as partnership leads
— Anyone who confuses a signed MoU with revenue
— Anyone who needs a playbook to pick up the phone
The structure
Founding equity, vested, aligned to what you build. Uncapped revenue share on recognized revenue you generate. No fixed salary no ceiling either.
This is for one person: someone who sees the category before it exists, has the network to compress 24 months into 6, and the conviction to bet on the upside.
If that disqualifies you, it is the right disqualification. If it sharpens your appetite, we should talk.
Based in Bay Area. Remote friendly. Frequent travel to New York, London, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo. Direct line to the CEO. Authority from day one.
