Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Great Falls, MT, for a Fleet Compliance Specialist. The Fleet Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all fleet operations adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Daily duties include managing compliance documentation, monitoring vehicle inspections as well as electronic logs, ensuring adherence to legal standards, coordinating with internal teams, and providing training to staff on compliance and safety procedures. The individual will also analyze operational data to identify and mitigate risks, while maintaining comprehensive records for audits and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and resolve compliance-related challenges
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration and training
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Familiarity with fleet management software and tools is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in fleet compliance or a related role
