Finish Carpenter / Millwork Installer

We are a high-end residential construction company specializing in custom homes, remodels, architectural trim, stair systems, built-ins, wall paneling, cabinetry installation, and detailed millwork. We are looking for experienced finish carpenters who take pride in craftsmanship and want to work on custom projects instead of repetitive production work.
Position Summary
Seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter / Millwork Installer to join our team. This position involves installing high-end interior trim packages, custom millwork, stair components, wall treatments, ceilings, cabinetry, and other detailed finish work in custom residential homes.
Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing clean, professional work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Install:
- Crown molding
- Baseboard and casing
- Coffered ceilings
- Wall paneling and feature walls
- Interior doors and hardware
- Stair parts and rail systems
- Custom cabinetry and built-ins
- Beam wraps and architectural details
- Read and interpret plans and shop drawings
- Maintain high quality standards on all installations
- Operate finish carpentry tools and equipment safely
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Keep jobsites clean and organized
Qualifications
- 3+ years of finish carpentry or millwork installation experience preferred
- Strong understanding of high-end residential construction
- Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings accurately
- Experience with detailed layout and scribing
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred Experience
- Custom stair installation
- Cabinet installation
- Wood ceiling systems
- Radius and curved trim work
- Shop fabrication experience
- Ability to work independently and lead small crews
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
