Responsibilities for Field Technical Specialist include but are not limited to:
· Perform onsite hardware repair & troubleshooting for PCs and printers
· Handle installation, configuration, and break/fix issues
· Travel to multiple customer locations across Pennsylvania
· Provide customer support and maintain strong client relationships
· Manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks effectively
Candidates for Field Technical Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Experience in hardware repair (PCs, laptops, printers)
· Field / onsite customer-facing experience
· Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
· Ability to work independently and handle travel
· Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, bending) & flexible schedule
What’s in this Field Technical Specialist position for you?
· Pay: $26.42 – $ 34.58/hr.
· Shift: Onsite / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Availability to work both scheduled and unscheduled overtime / Participate in assigned work during non-traditional workdays, holidays and shift work

Pay Details: $26.42 to $34.58 per hour
