Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Trial Attorney to join our legal team. As a Trial Attorney, you will lead regular and complex cases from inception through trial, providing strategic counsel and advocating fiercely for clients. Your role will involve managing diverse legal issues across multiple practice areas, including Personal Injury, Employment Law, Medical Malpractice, and more
Responsibilities:
- Represent Clients in Court and Administrative Proceedings in Practice Areas Such As Personal Injury, Employment Law, Medical Malpractice
- Conduct Thorough Legal Research Utilizing Tools Like Westlaw to Develop Case Strategies and Support Arguments.
- Manage All Phases of Litigation from Initial Investigation Through Trial Proceedings, Ensuring Compliance with Procedural Rules and Deadlines.
- Engage In Negotiations on Behalf of Clients to Reach Favorable Settlements
- Collaborate With Other Attorneys and Staff Within the Office to Ensure Effective Case Management
Requirements:
- Admission To the Texas Bar or Other Jurisdictions If Willing and Planning to Be Licensed in Texas
- Proven Experience in Litigation with A Strong Foundation in Civil Practice as You’ll Be Dealing with Multiple Practice Areas Such As Personal Injury Law, Medical Malpractice Law And Employment Law.
- Exceptional Research Skills Using Westlaw Platforms to Gather Pertinent Legal Information Efficiently.
- Jury Trial Experience
- Ability To Work Independently as Well as Collaboratively Within a Team Environment.
Pay: $95,003.00 – $113,009.00 per year
