Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of our 69 room hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction along with maintaining the brand standards with Choice Hotels.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel
– Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and policies to meet quality standards
– Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
– Conduct daily inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
– Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
– Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
– Proven experience in Housekeeping management roles within the hospitality industry
– Knowledge of techniques and best practices
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
