What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses
• Gather data on industry trends and prepare reports for comparative analysis
• Store and organize documents and files while managing company data
• Coordinate team calendars and ensure clients are prepared for meetings
• Prepare itineraries and manage travel arrangements for executives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate course
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with technology and familiar with word-processing software and spreadsheets

• Experience with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to be trained
• Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP technologies
