About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This fully remote position requires a minimum of three years of experience supporting senior executives, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will manage the CEO’s calendar, handle correspondence, coordinate meetings, and assist with various administrative tasks critical to executive operations. Flexibility to work after hours when necessary and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to the executive team, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency across the organization.
