Role Description

The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and improving the company’s operational processes and systems worldwide. This role requires designing strategies for operational excellence, optimizing supply chain management, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate will work closely with leadership to drive organizational growth and streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Operations Management and a proven ability to oversee global business processes.
• Expertise in Operational Excellence and the ability to implement frameworks that enhance efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including logistics, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Strategic Planning skills with a focus on aligning operations with corporate goals and priorities.
• Proven abilities in Project Management, including leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects.
• Effective decision-making and leadership skills with a global perspective and attention to regulatory compliance.
• Experience in the legal or real estate sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
