Title: Ethics & Compliance Coordinator
Job Summary: This position facilitates and participates in assisting the Ethics and Compliance senior leaders (e.g., Chief Compliance Officer) with compliance activities to ensure the organization adheres to applicable federal, state, and industry regulatory requirements in a healthcare organization. This position will assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs and policies, including those related to information privacy and security. In addition, the position will assist with designing controls and facilitate compliance communications, training sessions, and audits.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate’s skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:: $27 USD – $40 USD
