Senior Director of Supply Chain Full Time NEW

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Director of Supply Chain Services & Operations who has actually done the work — someone who has been on the floor, understands how a DC runs from the inside out, and is ready to bring that experience into a senior leadership seat.

You will start as an individual contributor with full ownership of the supply chain function, and as the team grows, you will build and lead a team of direct reports. This role comes with real scope, a P&L, and the opportunity to modernize how we operate — including bringing AI and automation into the mix in practical, meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage our third-party logistics partnerships — setting expectations, holding partners accountable through scorecards and KPIs, and stepping in when things need to escalate.
• Establish standardized SOPs across all warehouse locations to create consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
• Lead procurement negotiations and manage vendor relationships for logistics providers, technology suppliers, and device manufacturers.
• Own the full P&L for the supply chain function and partner with Finance and executive leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to bring AI tools and automation into supply chain processes — from demand planning and inventory management to reporting and visibility.
• Partner with our technology team to evaluate and implement WMS platforms and other systems that support operational efficiency.
• Build and lead a team of direct reports as the function grows, with a focus on developing talent and building a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Commercial teams to keep supply chain aligned with the broader business.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, with genuine hands-on warehouse operations in your background — not just oversight, but time on the floor.
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships, including contract negotiations, SLA management, and performance accountability.
• Full P&L ownership at a meaningful scale — you are comfortable with budgets, forecasts, and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with AI tools, automation initiatives, or digital transformation within a supply chain environment — you do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious and capable.
• Strong WMS and ERP platform experience. You use data to make decisions, not just to report after the fact.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven industry is a strong plus.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement background preferred.
• Experience shipping or managing logistics for technology hardware is a bonus.

• Fully remote, based anywhere in the US with up to 20% domestic and international travel.
