Entry Level Team Member Full Time

We are now hiring Entry Level Team Members who are ready to learn, work hard, and make a positive impact. In this position, you’ll support our customers, manage account details, and help ensure that each sales transaction is completed efficiently and accurately. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the customer service and telecom sales industry in an entry level role with room for growth. You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced team members who will guide you through our processes, systems, and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Team Member:

• Interact with customers directly to understand their needs, provide sales support, and deliver in-depth information on our products and services
• Offer personalized customer service and sales support to help customers choose the right plans and packages, place orders, and resolve service issues
• Represent the company with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
• Collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience through all steps of the sales process
• Learn sales strategy, communication skills, and account management by shadowing senior staff and participating in training sessions

Qualifications of an Entry Level Team Member:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or sales – such as retail, hospitality, or restaurant work – is a plus, but not required
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a bonus
• Reliable, hard-working individuals with a willingness to learn and grow from the ground up
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 – $1,350.00 per week
