Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Recruiter position based in Harrisburg, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and team leads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will also assist with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition, such as database management, scheduling, and maintaining accurate candidate records.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage scheduling, documentation, and candidate records.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking to manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems, is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Previous experience in human resources, customer service, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
