Entry-Level Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs by actively listening and providing effective solutions
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services, promotions, and products
- Enroll businesses in sales orders as appropriate during interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Work efficiently with the Entry-Level Manager team to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals
- Learn the business in depth to improve skills and develop leadership abilities
- Spot opportunities for improvement and share ideas with management for implementation
Entry-Level Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other customer-focused roles
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting customer needs
- Strong time management skills to achieve results
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent listening and communication skills to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, determined, and eager to succeed
