We are seeking motivated Entry Level Laborers/Installers to join our Everdry team! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and waterproofing projects while developing valuable skills. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to transforming homes and ensuring long-lasting foundations for our customers.
Duties
- Assist with basement waterproofing installations, including preparing work sites and handling materials
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks
- Support the setup and operation of heavy equipment when needed
- Perform general site tasks such as digging, jackhammering, hauling, and concrete finishing
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Strong physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
- Willingness to learn about masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, and other trades involved in waterproofing projects
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $600.00 – $800.00 per week
