About The Role

LangChain Academy is how developers, engineers, and AI practitioners go from curious to capable on LangChain’s products. We’re looking for an Education Marketing Lead to own the strategy and execution that turns LangChain Academy into a meaningful growth channel for LangChain at large.
This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of education and growth. You’ll build the programs, systems, and go-to-market motions that drive Academy enrollment at scale, while shaping the learner experience that keeps developers coming back and advancing through our curriculum. You’ll work with the Technical Content Manager and across education engineers, deployed engineers, brand design, lifecycle marketing, and our SEO agency.
LangChain already has strong technical credibility and a developer community that cares deeply about building with our products. Education is one of the highest-leverage ways to deepen that relationship and expand our reach. Your job is to build the marketing engine that makes LangChain Academy a destination for agent engineers.

Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000
