AllGuard is a portfolio company of Boyne Capital, a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with companies and support them in achieving their next phase of growth.

Opportunity:

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Supply Chain & Operations will lead all supply chain functions, including sourcing, procurement, production planning, logistics, vendor management, and fulfillment. This role requires a mix of strategic vision and tactical execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced CPG/consumer durable accessories operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can roll up their sleeves to partner with the team and ensure products are produced, shipped, and delivered on time and on budget.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own demand planning and forecasting across all brands and SKUs; maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations
• Ensure warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory data are accurate and up to date; lead cycle count and physical inventory programs
• Manage inbound container flow from Asia, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
• Serve as primary relationship owner for domestic and Asia-based vendors; conduct regular performance reviews and negotiate pricing, lead times, and MOQs
• Source and onboard new vendor relationships domestically and internationally
• Lead new product development from concept through prototype and first production run, coordinating specs, sampling, and timelines with offshore manufacturers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related
• 8+ years in supply chain, fulfillment operations, and inventory management
• Direct experience managing China-based vendors and international import logistics
• Proficiency in demand planning, inventory optimization, and ERP/WMS platforms (NetSuite or similar)
• Multi-brand or multi-channel e-commerce experience
• Product development experience
• Experience leading a team
• Ability to travel to warehouse locations on a monthly-quarterly basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin
• Prior experience sourcing car protection products
