Role Description
The Director of Sales Marketing will lead and oversee sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence. This full-time, on-site role based in New Market, MD, involves managing sales operations, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring sales targets are met, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize marketing campaigns and align them with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Glass or AV Sales
- 3rd Party Sales Channel Management Experience
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and building strong client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Experience in the glass technology or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous
