Director of Market Operations Full Time

Role Description The Director of Market Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and overseeing the operational backbone that supports BitStack Systems’ go-to-market strategy. This role will design and optimize processes across sales, marketing, and customer operations to ensure seamless execution and scalable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking and analyzing market and operational performance, managing budgets, and improving workflows to increase efficiency and profitability. The Director will collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals, define KPIs, and support strategic planning. This role also involves leading and mentoring a distributed team, enhancing customer service standards, and driving continuous improvement across all market-facing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, with experience designing and optimizing processes that support market-facing teams.
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, build dashboards or reports, and use insights to drive decisions.
• Proven team management and leadership experience, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Budgeting and financial oversight skills, including forecasting, cost control, and ROI analysis for market operations.
• Customer service orientation, with experience improving customer journeys, support processes, and satisfaction metrics.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably in technology or digital products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong self-management, prioritization, and time management abilities.
