Role Description

Atlantis Bahamas is seeking a Director of Luxury Leisure Sales for a full-time, on-site role based in Plantation, FL. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, fostering relationships with luxury travel partners, attending trade shows to represent the brand, and driving revenue growth in the luxury leisure market segment. The role also involves identifying business development opportunities while monitoring and managing budgets to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development within the luxury hospitality or tourism sector
• Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
• Ability to create and manage Budgets effectively to achieve financial objectives
• Proficiency in planning and participating in Trade Shows to represent and promote the brand
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with luxury travel trends and clientele preferences
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
