Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Learning and Development based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Director of Learning and Development will oversee training initiatives, design and implement learning programs, manage learning technology platforms, and lead the development of leadership and professional growth strategies for employees. The individual will work collaboratively with team members to create and refine impactful curricula and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Proven experience in overseeing and evaluating training initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, human resources, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline is a plus
• Active Registered Nurre (RN) license required
