THE WORK:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager who is passionate about using digital assets and technology to redefine payments and bridge the gap between crypto and fiat. This person is responsible for building the roadmap for our payout product and will work with our engineering and delivery teams to implement successful integrations with our payments network partners.
This role is best suited for someone who has significant product launch experience, grit, and creativity to conceive of and pioneer novel new solutions to complex problems. This person will collaborate heavily with cross-functional teams and the financial ecosystem of partners and customers.
The role will be based in Toronto or New York and will report to the Senior Director of Ripple’s Network.

For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
NY Annual Base Salary Range: $192,000 USD – $216,000 USD
