At POLYWOOD, we believe exceptional digital experiences fuel meaningful growth. We are seeking a Director, E-Commerce to own the strategy, P&L performance, and operational execution of our rapidly growing direct-to-consumer channel.
The Work You’ll Love Doing

- You will define and execute a clear e-commerce roadmap aligned with long-term company strategy and revenue growth objectives.
- You will own full P&L accountability for the DTC channel, ensuring disciplined financial performance and measurable results.
- You will lead site experience including UX, taxonomy, navigation, merchandising, and personalization to streamline the customer journey.
- You will drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives and oversee a strategic testing roadmap across all site funnels.
- You will leverage advanced analytics platforms such as GA4 and Looker Studio to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact improvements.
- You won’t just manage a website. You will own the digital engine that powers our growth.

- Driving disciplined financial ownership and performance accountability
What You Bring
- 8+ years of progressive E-Commerce leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Director or Senior Manager capacity, preferably within a high-growth DTC brand.
- Proven track record of owning P&L performance and successfully scaling a multi-million dollar e-commerce business.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and managing high-performing teams.
- Mastery of digital shopping behavior, advanced funnel optimization, and interpreting complex analytics to inform strategic investment decisions.
