Director, Advanced Analytical Technologies | Relocation Available
We’re working with a global industrial technology leader to hire a senior technical leader to drive innovation in next-generation analyzer systems and process instrumentation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for analyzer platforms
- Translate customer and market needs into scalable, manufacturable solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations
- Lead development from ideation through commercialization
- Act as the technical SME for complex engineering and application challenges
- Drive design for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability
- Oversee and protect intellectual property and technical documentation
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and publications
What We’re Looking For:
- PhD (MS considered) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in analytical instrumentation or chemical/process environments
- Hands-on expertise across technologies such as:
- Spectroscopy (UV, NIR, IR)
- Laser-based sensing (WMS/FMS)
- Chromatography & electrochemical sensors
- Advanced chemical sensing technologies
- Strong understanding of electronics and sensor integration
- Experience with chemometrics/data analytics (PCA, PLS, PCR, MLR)
- Ability to bridge deep technical knowledge with business strategy
