What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide front-office support, including time schedule data entry for academic departments
• Analyze reports on student credit hours and assist with course scheduling
• Manage department communications, including newsletters and social media posts
• Assist with graduate student support and track their progress through degree milestones
• Handle administrative tasks such as room reservations and travel arrangements for department visitors

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED AND three years of office or administrative support experience
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
