What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide front-office support, including time schedule data entry for academic departments
- Analyze reports on student credit hours and assist with course scheduling
- Manage department communications, including newsletters and social media posts
- Assist with graduate student support and track their progress through degree milestones
- Handle administrative tasks such as room reservations and travel arrangements for department visitors
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED AND three years of office or administrative support experience
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
