About the Role:
The Data Entry Administrator team of professionals are critical to the function of the business in delivering excellence to our clients. We are currently seeking a Data Entry Administrator to process applications, input information accurately, draw up contracts and provide our firm’s managers with general and administrative support. This is an opportunity for a hard worker who is interested in learning and growing in a fast paced and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be comfortable managing tasks that vary from day to day, and will be expected to offer help when a need arises
- Communication skills are a must both verbal and written; candidates will be acting as the first point of contact, dealing with all correspondence and phone calls
- Technology Skills – Candidates will be processing applications, entering information into our CRM and drawing up contracts. Candidates must be confident working with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Collaboration – candidates must be able to work seamlessly with coworkers from all over the company, which means understanding everyone’s role and figuring out how to be most useful to the group
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Role Type: Full-time
Role Location: State Street, New York, NY, In office (NOT REMOTE))
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9a.m.-6p.m.
Pay: $57,500.00/ year
