Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (40 hours per week)

Big City Apartment Locating LLC is a Texas based apartment locating company that helps renters find apartments throughout Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and other Texas cities. We provide personalized apartment locating services and work closely with apartment communities across the state.
Role Description
This is a remote position responsible for lease verification, invoice processing, and commission follow up with apartment communities.
Responsibilities:
• Verify client leases with apartment communities.
• Follow up on unpaid commissions and invoice status.
• Send invoices and W-9 forms to apartment communities.
• Communicate with apartment managers and leasing teams regarding payments.
• Track lease verifications, invoices, and payment updates.
• Provide regular status reports.
Qualifications:
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails.
• Organized, detail oriented, and reliable.
• Customer service, real estate, or administrative experience preferred.
• Reliable computer with internet connection, phone, and ability to work independently.
Primary Goal:
Ensure leases are verified and apartment locating commissions are collected accurately and on time.
