What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist cardholders and card administrators in navigating financial needs using the True Link Card
• Empower customers to utilize the website and mobile app effectively based on their unique needs
• Learn and embody the “True Link Voice” for authentic communication with customers
• Share customer feedback and experiences with the team to enhance service quality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous professional experience in hospitality or customer service
• Ability to work up to five hours a day on the phone
• Familiarity with remote work and technology, including Mac computers
• Experience using CRM and ticketing tools like Zendesk

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Weekend availability
• Experience managing live chats and troubleshooting technical issues for both Mac and Windows computers
• Background in health care coordination or related roles
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or vulnerable populations
• Previous roles in hospitality, such as restaurants or hotels
